Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the quality or durablility of the product(s) you received in the last 30 days, you may return the item(s) in conjuction with either our refund or exchange policies. You have 7 days (postmarked) from the time of notification of dissatisfaction, to ship the item(s) back to our address. When we are notified of your dissatisfaction, we will send you a return shipping label along with a Product Dissatisfaction Card. Please fill this card out to the best of your ability, so that we can further improve our products.
NOTE: You MUST send us the item(s) back to receive your refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
If you are requesting a refund due to the quality or durability of the item(s) you received please fill out and include the Product Dissatisfaction Card.
If you are requesting a refund because you never received the item(s) ordered, we will require proof that it was lost in the mailing process through USPS. Every purchase comes with an email of confirmation of the purchase, and a shipping email that includes the tracking number.
NOTE: You MUST send us the item(s) back to receive your refund. In the case of lost-in-transit, we require the proof that the item was lost-in-transit.
Exchange Policy
If you are exchanging due to the quality or durability of the item(s) you received please fill out and include the Product Dissatisfaction Card.
If you are exchanging because you are dissatisfied with the patterns that were chosen for your items, please see our Pattern Selection Policy.
NOTE: You MUST send us the item(s) back to receive your exchange.
Pattern Selection Policy
Please be aware that when you choose a pattern category, it covers a variety of specific patterns. I choose them at random so you may not receive the same pattern that you received during your last purchase.
Example: You chose the "Sea Life" category, so you could receive a pattern featuring whales, turtles, sharks, etc..
If you are dissatisfied with the pattern you received, please see our return, refund, and exchange policy. Please note, even if you request an exchange due to the pattern, you will still receive a randomly chosen pattern within your selected category.
